We are looking for energetic, hard-working, and outgoing Independent Contractors to work with our team as residential cleaners with residential or commercial cleaning experience in the Oklahoma City area. We believe that we are only as good as our employees and contractors!
Work Locations and Hours:
We are a people-focused service company that completes and manages all booking online and through our mobile app. Our cleaners are dispatched directly to their customers’ homes and check-in/check-out at customers’ homes for time-keeping through the app.
Cleaners are generally dispatched to customers near their home location to reduce travel time both before and after the work day.
This posting is for an Independent Contractor, with variable hours occurring Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5 p.m. Some rotating weekend work is also needed, typically from 1O-4pm.
Employment Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate is $18.50/hour. Taxes are not withheld as an Independent Contractor. You will be given a 1099-NEC for tax purposes.
Employment Requirements:
- Cleaning Experience Required! We need friendly, engaging, cleaners that pay attention to detail and don’t mind applying a bit of elbow grease! Punctuality and dependability is a MUST when arriving to appointments.
- Applicant must have reliable transportation, proof of insurance & relatively clean driving record.
- This position requires a smart phone with a data plan for our booking & scheduling app.
- You must be able to work around pets, bend, stoop and stand throughout the work day. You will be required to routinely lift up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifts of 25 – 35 pounds.
- You’ll need to read and speak English fluently and be able to engage with our customers in a courteous & friendly manner.
- If selected, you’ll need to provide proof of identification and right to work in the United States.
- Clear availability must be given for days/hours available to be scheduled by our customers. You may accept or refuse jobs at your discretion. A certain number of working hours is not guaranteed.
- Independent Contractors must sign a Contractor agreement listing the details of the working relationship.
- Independent Contractors must have their own reliable transportation, smart phone, and provide your own cleaning supplies/equipment necessary to accomplish standard and deep cleanings at our customers’ residences.
