Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various maintenance person duties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary for larger projects or repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role, demonstrating a broad range of repair skills.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including an ohmmeter.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
