Maintenance/Floor Technician POSITION SUMMARY:
Floor Technician is responsible to support and assist the Environmental Services Director (ESD) with the floor care maintenance of the community including all common areas and resident apartments. Lead by example and make certain that the progress and services provided by yourself, maximize each residents quality of life, identity, interests, abilities and preferences. Personally get to know the residents by communicating with other team members and through direct conversation with residents.
