POSITION SUMMARY:

• This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the delivery of transportation services to each resident of the Community and for all resident activities.

Essential Duties:

• Personally get to know the residents of the community by communicating with other team members and departments, reviewing appropriate resident records, and direct conversation with residents.

• Participate in all required training, orientation, meetings, and programs offered by the employer.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Transport residents to and from destinations safely.

• Strictly follow and abide by all local and state driving laws to include always wearing a seat belt.

• Assist residents in and out of the van and to and from the destination.
