Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently during the overnight shift, ensuring accuracy and friendliness.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to maintain financial accuracy and reporting.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and perform visual inspections of the property to ensure safety and security.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support seamless operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, managing multi-line phone systems, and processing guest requests.
- Provide guest services that enhance overall satisfaction, including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and hospitality support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk roles within a hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel operations.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and hotel experience is preferred.
