The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing all accounts to ensure accuracy and balance, preparing final reports for management, and acting as a third desk front clerk during the night shift. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit all accounts to ensure they are balanced and accurate.
• Prepare final reports for management review.
• Act as a third desk front clerk, assisting guests as needed.
• Learn and apply front desk and night audit technical procedures.
• Operate computer systems, cash register, and phone system efficiently.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and coworkers.
• Support and cooperate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain composure and control in stressful situations.
• Work accurately with numbers, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organization.

Work Schedule

Evening shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Includes weekends, holidays and open availability.
