Duties

• Set up breakfast stations by arranging food items, utensils, and condiments to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Prepare and replenish breakfast offerings, including cooking, food handling, and ensuring dietary accommodations are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional customer service with friendly communication skills.
• Restock supplies throughout service hours and assist with light food preparation or meal assembly as needed.
• Ensuring all food presentation aligns with quality standards.
• Shift is 5am - 11am on weekdays and 6am - 12pm on weekends.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with food preparation and handling.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, dietary accommodations, and proper sanitation procedures.
