Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Weekend & Holidays Mandatory availability
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
