Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Hotel Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain a pristine environment
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of storage closets and equipment storage areas
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and hotel cleaning standards is advantageous
- Experience in hospitality or housekeeper management roles can be beneficial but is not required
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
