Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and lobbies.
• Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells.
• Use janitorial equipment and cleaning products effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
• Support housekeeping management with inventory control and organization of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
