Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as Fosse or similar platforms
- Manage multiple-line phone systems to handle reservations, guest inquiries, and internal communications with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, or troubleshooting issues with hospitality management experience
- Maintain guest records accurately and process payments securely while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
- Assist in night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times
Qualifications
- Marriott experience preferred
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as Fosse or comparable property management systems (PMS) is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
- Previous hotel experience preferred, especially in resort settings or properties utilizing advanced front desk technology
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality
