- Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (California Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and understand written safety materials (training materials available in additional languages as needed).

- We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Flexibility is key-we may occasionally need to adjust your schedule based on business needs or weather conditions.
- Weekly hours may vary; some weeks may be under 40 hours, others may exceed 40 hours depending on occupancy.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to:
- Be on your feet-standing and walking-for most of your shift.
- Frequently use your hands for serving, cleaning, and equipment use.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Bend, stretch, reach, kneel, and twist throughout the shift.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
