Duties
- Oversee all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Supervise and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service aligned with hotel standards
- Manage property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to ensure accurate booking and billing processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Handle guest relations proactively, resolving issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee night audit procedures, financial transactions, and daily reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Monitor multi-line phone systems and uphold professional phone etiquette to provide excellent communication with guests and vendors
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management or resort settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively
- Excellent managerial communication skills for team coordination and guest interactions
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Deep understanding of hotel management software, property management systems (PMS), and revenue management tools
- Experience in managing hospitality operations budgets, financial management, and human resources functions
- Knowledge of hotel guest service standards, guest relations practices, and customer service excellence
- Previous experience with night audit procedures and handling multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence
