- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized filing systems, including digital documents and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed.
- Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing via QuickBooks, and basic clerical duties.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven office experience with strong organizational and administrative skills.
