Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management review
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently
- Implement and uphold hotel policies related to guest services, safety, and security protocols
- Train new team members on customer service standards, phone etiquette, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on guest services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is preferred
