Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Redmond, OR for an Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in managing staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and support the implementation of operational strategies. This role also involves addressing guest inquiries, maintaining quality standards, overseeing inventory, and managing schedules to ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment while ensuring that goals related to profitability and customer satisfaction are achieved.
