As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead day-to-day operations with focus on rooms and F&B departments
- Implement Marriott brand service initiatives and SOPs
- Monitor daily financials, labor costs, and operational KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards and policies
- Partner with HR on scheduling, staffing, and compliance
- Support leadership development across hourly teams
- Experience in hotel operations or assistant management
- Familiarity with Marriott and/or Hilton operating procedures
- Strong problem-solving and team development abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Comfort with Marriott and or Hilton systems like FOSSE and MGS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
