Description
Lead and supervise Master Gunner Training Course (MGTC) operations in Iraq. Serve as the in-country point of contact, provide instruction and mentorship, manage student progress, and support the Project Manager as needed.

Requirements
- 10 years operational armor unit experience, with M240 and M1A2 Master Gunners.
- NCO-level expertise in Master Gunner operations, training, maintenance, and employment in Iraqi MoD systems.
- Lead instruction and supervision of MGTC program.
- Liaise with U.S. & Iraqi military leadership, Contractor staff, and instructors.
- Ensure student proficiency in each module before progression.
- Design, administer, and grade MGTC examinations.
- Mentor instructors and students; provide performance counseling.
- Ensure MGTC objectives are met per PWS standards.
