Outstanding past performance built IDS’s reputation as the leading provider of support for multifaceted operations.Location: IraqResponsibilities- Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT.- Acts as liaison between, the Contractor, PM, instructors, students, and all other personnel- Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson of the M1A2T Program.- Assures that students obtain proficiency in each module of instruction before they proceed to the next area of instruction.- Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical M1A2T examinations.- Responsible for assuring that M1A2T course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS.- Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.Requirements- 10 years of program management and supervisory experience in an operational armor unit that utilized and trained M240 and M1A2 Master Gunners.- Knowledgeable at the NCO-level on Master Gunnery Training, management, maintenance, and the employment of the M240 and M1A2. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
