Role Description
This on-site role, is for an Opposition Force (OPFOR) Role Player. Responsibilities include participating in military and technical training exercises by portraying scenarios that support realistic training environments. The Role Player will collaborate with training staff, follow detailed scripts and instructions, and contribute to the accuracy and success of training objectives. This position involves active engagement and adherence to safety protocols during all activities.
Qualifications
- Understanding of military operations, tactics, and procedures; prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver a realistic portrayal of opposition forces during training scenarios
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and scenario engagement
- Physical fitness to perform tasks that may involve activity in varied terrain and conditions
- Professionalism, dependability, and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic situations
