Job Summary
You will be responsible for performing various duties relating to heavy phones, scheduling, placing orders and assisting with other essential duties. You have exceptional communication skills, a high level of motivation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adaptable to change, and are extremely driven. This is an entry level position where the potential for growth begins the moment you join us.
Duties/Responsibilities

Provides friendly, courteous, professional and timely telephone support.
- Professionally greet and direct clients, consultants and vendors.
- Prepares correspondence, filing, copying as needed.
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, printed material and fax documents.
- Shipping and receiving FedEx & UPS.
- Endorse, ship and track collaterals daily.
- Tracking final title policies and recorded deeds.
- Maintain our aged trailing documents reports.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Mortgage, Title or Escrow experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to operate office equipment, copiers, and facsimiles.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Effective time-management abilities.
- You can meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- You have a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
