Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, self-directed Medical Distribution Partner (1099) to represent a growing 503A compounding pharmacy supporting cash-based medical practices nationwide.
This independent contractor role is ideal for individuals with an existing network of medical providers, clinics, or wellness practices who are looking to add a high-demand pharmacy partner to their portfolio.
This is a commission-only, 1099 role with flexible commitment (full-time or part-time based on your availability).
Key Responsibilities
Provider & Practice Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical practices and healthcare professionals
- Introduce pharmacy services and distribution capabilities to qualified providers
- Serve as a trusted point of contact between the pharmacy and partner practices
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities within your network
- Execute B2B sales strategies aligned with provider needs
- Manage and grow accounts through long-term relationship building
Account Management & Support
- Understand practice workflows and business needs to offer appropriate solutions
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts
- Provide ongoing support to maintain strong, compliant partnerships
Market Awareness & Reporting
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, account activity, and pipeline
- Participate in periodic check-ins or reporting as requested
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical, pharmaceutical, compounding, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare sales
- Existing relationships with MDs, NPs, PAs, clinic owners, or practice operators
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own book of business
- Comfortable in a commission-based, entrepreneurial role
- Understanding of healthcare professionalism and compliance expectations
Preferred but not required:
- Experience working with compounding pharmacies or cash-based practices
- Background in B2B, outside sales, or distribution partnerships
Compensation & Structure
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Competitive commission percentage on net revenue
- Uncapped earning potential
- Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time at your discretion)
