Duties
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term relationships.
- Own the sales process from first contact to signed deal
- Qualify serious buyers and close custom trailer sales
- Educate customers on features, options, and upgrades
- Present pricing and customization packages confidently
- Follow up on warm leads and referrals
- Represent the company at trade shows and events
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Skills
- Proven sales experience (automotive, RV, trailers, equipment, or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Confident closer who understands the sales process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
- Strong management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused mindset to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Pay: $50, $150,000.00 per year
