Conwed Is an acoustic solutions company specializing in the production of acoustic fiberglass tiles. Multiple positions are available along the line.

Work Location: In person
Skills and Abilities:
- 1st shift (6:30a-4:30p) M-TH and overtime as needed
- Able to work safely
- Able to read, write, and use measuring tools with attention to detail up to 1/32”
- Must have the ability to read and understand custom projects/drawings, and assure product is produced to spec
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong math skills and ability to calculate fractions
- Ability to operate computer terminal (general computer knowledge, use mouse / keyboard)
- Ability to operate various hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge to assure equipment is operating properly
- Flexible regarding changes associated with lean manufacturing
- Ambitious, eager to accept challenge, self-motivated
- Demonstrate teamwork, cooperate with peers and supervisors
- Ability to be on your feet 8 hours a day
- Ability to perform necessary job functions in a non-climate controlled environment
- Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull 30-45lbs
