Job Duties
- Assist in entering data for order processing.
- Communicate production information and availability to brokers and sales personnel.
- Help responding and documenting customer feedback.
- Assist in answering multiple line phones.
- Support with other projects as needed.
- Have great punctuality/attendance.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Basic PC skills are required.
- Attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
