Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet clients and assist with appointments and inquiries
- Manage advisor calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare and process client forms and documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM for compliance
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with client onboarding and account administration
- Support marketing initiatives and client events, as needed
- Perform general administrative and office management tasks
Skills required:
- 3 years of experience in financial services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem-solve independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proficiency with our current tech stack, including RedTail, Clientworks, Trello, Holisiplan, eMoney, or Nitrogen, is a plus
- Working knowledge of AI tools and applications, with the ability to use them effectively to enhance productivity and client outcomes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
