Financial Services Associate

Research Financial Group is seeking a Financial Services Associate to assist in achieving our growth initiatives while providing an excellent level of service to our clients. We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused individual to support our team and help ensure a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in financial services. Exceptional attention to detail, a strong commitment to client service, and a collaborative mindset are essential. The successful candidate will be eager to contribute to team success while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet clients and assist with appointments and inquiries
• Manage advisor calendars and schedule meetings
• Prepare and process client forms and documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM for compliance
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist with client onboarding and account administration
• Support marketing initiatives and client events, as needed
• Perform general administrative and office management tasks

Skills required:

• 3 years of experience in financial services
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to problem solve independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proficiency with our current tech stack, including RedTail, Clientworks, Trello, Holisiplan, eMoney, or Nitrogen, is a plus
• Working knowledge of AI tools and applications, with the ability to use them effectively to enhance productivity and client outcomes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
