Job Summary
Rescue Construction Solutions Inc is hiring a Commercial Roofing Estimator / Division Manager to lead estimating operations and drive division growth in our market. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone experienced in commercial roofing who can manage estimating, oversee profitability, and build strong client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering certified commercial roofing systems while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate takeoffs, bids, and proposals for commercial roofing projects
- Estimate projects including: TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, modified bitumen, metal, and coatings
- Review drawings, specs, and project documents
- Manage job costing, budgets, and subcontractor pricing
- Lead division operations including P&L and forecasting
- Develop and maintain client and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and manufacturer standards
- Coordinate with operations and field teams
- Train and mentor estimating and administrative staff
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating or project management
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- Experience with manufacturer certifications such as: Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, Johns Manville, Soprema
- Proficiency in: Edge (or similar estimating software), Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license

- Division or team leadership experience
- Proven track record managing project profitability
- Experience working with general contractors and property managers

Pay: $68,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
