ServiceNow ITAM Specialist
Salary: $100k-$120k bonus
Location: Chicago, IL or Coppell, TX
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related experience
- Deep familiarity with the ServiceNow asset management workspace (software and hardware asset management), asset workspace, publishers, content library
- Ability to read and understand contracts and licensing terms
- Intermediate experience adhering to and providing Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports to internal or external customers.
Bonus Points
- ITIL Foundation certification (V4 or V5) (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
- SAM Pro / HAM Pro certification
- Automation experience
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) role — not a developer role; focused on day-to-day asset management within the ServiceNow asset management workspace
- Receiving and processing purchase orders for both software and hardware assets
- Managing software models, entitlements, and licenses in ServiceNow
- Hardware and software lifecycle management, including end-of-life and end-of-support tracking
- Software license reconciliation; retroactively documenting software versions currently running
- Software model versioning for both COTS (off-the-shelf) and internally developed (bespoke) tools
- Managing physical, virtual, and cloud assets; consumable and non-consumable asset tracking
- Supporting planned enhancements: improved lifecycle management, versioning, depreciation and valuation monitoring
