Job Title: AI Program Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)
Only W2 (NO C2C/1099)
Role Overview:
- Serves as the functional engine of the product team.
- Works closely with the SPM to provide operational, execution, and triage support for core hospitality technologies, including parking technology and digital keys.
- Manages day-to-day project organization, documentation, tech lab testing, and cross-functional release workflows, including CAB submissions.
- Bridges the gap between strategy and execution by providing onsite go-live support, driving user training, and managing "Keep the Lights On" (KTLO) operations.
- Triages routine defects, minor enhancements, and support requests to ensure seamless property operation
