Job Title: LPN / LVN - Long term Care

Location: Utica, NY 13502

Duration: 13 Weeks contract (Possible Extension)

Shift: 10:30pm - 6:30 am

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents with conditions such as MS, orthopaedic injuries, dementia, and memory care needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in LTC facility.
  • Active LPN license for the state on New York.


(Licensed Vocational Nurse, LVN, Licensed practical nurse, Practical Nurse, Vocational Nurse, LPN, PN, Practical Nursing, LTC Nurse, long term care nurse)

Salary : $35 - $37
