Job Title: Graphic Designer

Duration: 6 Months (Possible temp to hire)

Location: Maple Grove, MN 55369

Hybrid Role (3 days/week)

Responsibilities:

• Looking for more technical skills from a digital standpoint
• Graphic designer is responsible for the creation of print and digital marketing materials across a variety of channels.
• Works directly with Marketing Communications specialists and marketing partners to create on-brand, compelling graphic design solutions that reflect the strategy and meet objectives using practical design and production know-how for multiple media.
• Designs internal and external facing marketing collateral that pushes expected creative boundaries while maintaining brand compliance
• Develops materials and digital media from concept to completion including brochures, posters, ads, animated and static banner ads, animated gifs, interactive deliverables, email, and web/UI. Animation and Illustration skills are a plus.
• Recommends compelling design solutions that meet the team’s strategic goals.
• Adept at simplifying complex issues into visuals suited for the communication medium and target audience.
• Partners with creative vendors to meet deadlines and ensure quality and brand standards are met.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge Adobe Suite to execute ideas and prepare files for both electronic and print usage.
• Must have print production knowledge in order to design and approve projects prior to printing.
• Must have digital media & design knowledge to design for multiple platforms, select appropriate file formats/software, finalize production-ready assets, and do archival and retrieval.
• Stays current on design industry trends and provide guidance to internal clients as needed
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and varying timelines
• Proficiency in creating PowerPoint templates and knowledge of presentation design and storytelling is a plus.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s level degree required
• 2-5 years of experience in Design, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
• Digital design/Print layout designs (Animated gif for socials/Web design)
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge Adobe Suite
