What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Designer Signs & Banners?
At Designer Signs & Banners, we design, fabricate, and install custom signage, vehicle lettering, vehicle decals, stickers, decals, banners and more for clients throughout El Paso County that brings their visions to life. In business since 1995, locally owned and operated with 4 employees. Projects ranging from a single sign to hundreds of signs - we are actively looking to hire a graphic designer.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with attention to technical detail, precision in proofing layouts to prevent costly misprints and material waste including, but not limited to scale, check image quaility, material specifications, mounting methods, and file preparation. Knowledge of software Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Composer (sign design program - can train in this software), and Photoshop. Works well with a small group of 3 other employees. Job duties include running the printer, laminator and plotter.
Work day is 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
**Pay is open for discussion based on qualifications
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
