The Opportunity
GOD TV is seeking an experienced, mid-level Graphic Designer to join its Creative Team at a pivotal stage of development.
This role represents an opportunity for a confident designer with proven professional experience to take ownership of creative projects within a growing, multi-disciplinary department evolving into a structured, scalable and brand-led creative function.
The successful candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking, excellent design craft and confident production skills to deliver high-quality creative across print, digital, broadcast, motion and campaign channels.
Working within an established brand system, this role requires the judgement to know when to follow, refine or thoughtfully extend the system, while maintaining the consistency and trust associated with GOD TV.
The Role
The mid-level Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design and delivery of a varied portfolio of creative work across GOD TV and GOD TV . This includes campaign identities and toolkits, fundraising and donor communications, broadcast graphics, VOD and social assets, digital content and selected print applications.
The role sits between day-to-day production and larger strategic initiatives. It requires the confidence to take a brief, develop considered creative routes, present recommendations, respond constructively to feedback and deliver accurate final artwork across multiple formats.
The successful candidate will help strengthen the department’s systems and standards by contributing to reusable templates, scalable design solutions and more efficient ways of working.
They will be trusted to manage their own workload while knowing when to seek direction, collaborate or escalate a decision.
Core Responsibilities
Creative Production:
- Take ownership of creative briefs and deliver high-quality assets across print, digital and broadcast channels
- Develop and produce campaign materials including donor communications, advertising, and promotional assets
- Design digital outputs including landing pages, web banners, and campaign assets
- Create and contribute to broadcast and motion-based creative, including on-air graphics and visual elements
- Translate briefs into effective creative solutions that meet campaign objectives, audience needs and agreed timelines
- Manage projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring work meets required quality and production standards
- Ensure all creative aligns with established brand standards and organisational objectives
Campaign & Brand Execution:
- Develop and deliver creative assets that bring campaign identities to life across multiple platforms
- Take ownership of creative assets for major fundraising and marketing campaigns
- Contribute creative thinking and design expertise to multi-channel campaigns
- Ensure creative is consistent, purposeful and effective across different platforms and audience contexts
- Apply strong creative judgement to ensure work reinforces long-term brand positioning rather than focusing solely on short-term impact
Brand Consistency & Stewardship:
- Apply GOD TV’s brand system confidently and consistently across all creative outputs
- Maintain visual and tonal standards that reflect clarity, trust, and cohesion
- Work effectively within established templates, frameworks, and creative systems while identifying opportunities for appropriate improvement
- Use professional judgement to ensure creative solutions remain consistent with the wider brand
- Contribute to the ongoing development of a unified brand experience across all touchpoints
Creative Thinking & Problem Solving:
- Interpret creative briefs and develop clear, effective and visually compelling solutions

- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders and understand how creative supports wider organisational objectives

- Deliver work within agreed timelines and production standards
- Respond positively to feedback and refine creative work where appropriate
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills:
- 4–6 years’ professional experience as a Graphic Designer within an agency, in-house creative team or similar professional environment
- Proven ability to take projects from brief through to final delivery with a high degree of independence
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, campaign thinking and polished multi-channel creative work
- Proven experience across print and digital design
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Working knowledge of motion design and digital platforms (desirable)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Familiarity with After Effects and Figma, or comparable motion and digital design tools

Working Model
- This position offers a hybrid working arrangement that requires a minimum of two days per week in the office. To best support our clients and team, this role is open only to candidates who are physically located in the state of Colorado, CO.
