Title: Deductions Analyst
Location: Greenville, SC
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract Possibility of Extension
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hybrid -Monday and Friday remote, in office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)

Description:
- Candidate has experience with either rebate (ship & debits/SPA) /deviated pricing or incentives (program/marketing allowances)
- Senior Level (3-5 years)
- SAP AR experience required
- Ship & Debit (Rebate Deviated Pricing) experience
- Incentives (program/marketing allowances) experience
- Collections experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident engaging with customers through phone conversations
- Intermediate level Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Familiarity with electronic transaction methods with customers, including EDI 844/849
- Own end to end follow-up for unresolved disputes, including SAP payback maintenance
Education
- Degree is a plus but not required, will consider candidates with work experience.
Salary : $31
