What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker position at REQ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or several predetermined tasks in the assembly process
Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line
Prepares parts for shipment
Shipping and Receiving material handling
Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process
Participates in group meetings to exchange any job-related information and quality standards are being consistently met
Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized
Other duties as required to ensure that company meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs

Requirement :

Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen
High School Diploma or GED at minimum
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Should have strong hand-eye coordination.
Ability to operate various assembly tools.
Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility.
Must be a team player and communicate effectively with all team members as well as communicate issues to the Supervisor immediately.
Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change (including new ideas, projects and practices).
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of environmental ISO14001 preferred
Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language
Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and will be required to lift up-to 35lbs, 75% of the time.
