- Location: Loris, SC
- Schedule: Mon to Fri 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls (multi-line phone system)
- Provide professional customer service to visitors and callers
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Perform basic data entry and order entry into company systems
- Communicate with corporate headquarters to place and confirm orders
- Direct deliveries, traffic, and visitors appropriately
- General clerical and administrative support
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, Front Desk Coordinator, or Customer Service Representative preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and solid work history
- Ability to work independently in a professional office setting
