Republican Jobs is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a political consulting firm for an Executive Assistant/Director of Operations in Washington, D.C. This high-level role will provide direct support to the Founder, manage internal operations, and ensure the firm runs efficiently at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and coordinate the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and high-level travel (domestic/international).
- Prepare agendas, draft correspondence, take detailed notes, and manage event logistics.
- Serve as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including high-profile clients.
- Oversee internal systems for time tracking, project management, and client communications.
- Partner with the Founder to set strategic goals, track progress, and drive process improvements.
- Develop and deliver business performance reports (utilization, margins, receivables), flagging urgent issues.
- Manage end-to-end billing cycle: invoices, billable hours, and client accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years supporting senior executives in fast-paced professional environments.
- Prior experience in legal, political, or consulting settings required.
- Strong financial acumen with billing, invoicing, and operational reporting experience.
- Ability to manage highly sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 DOE
Full-time, year-round role (benefits not included)
