The Opportunity
We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and insurance-related restoration markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, general contractors, facility managers, and other key decision-makers
- Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to expand our market presence in the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas
- Represent Republic Site Solutions at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to ensure seamless handoff of new projects
- Track pipeline activity, report on progress, and consistently meet or exceed growth targets
- Contribute ideas that support company growth and operational excellence
