SUMMARY:
The Community Marketing Coordinator supports the successful execution of the community marketing plan and helps administer the project’s marketing budget. This position coordinates with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing channels. The Coordinator enables the Director to focus on high-level strategy, community relationships and forward-facing growth initiatives by handling the operational execution – from CRM and analytics to content curation, digital presence, events, and builder/realtor coordination.
· Support execution of the community marketing plan and project goals
· Coordinate with internal teams, builders, realtors, vendors, and agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
· Assist in administering the annual marketing budget, including invoicing and reconciliation.
· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.
· Update and manage website content, ensuring accurate listings, community updates, and builder offerings.
· Create and distribute routine email campaigns featuring community news, builder promotions, and available inventory.
· Manage CRM systems (HubSpot), including list management, workflows, email campaigns, reporting and timely follow-up with prospects and realtors.
· Capture photo and video content throughout the community to support social media and digital storytelling.
· Support public relations efforts through drafting press releases and coordinating media outreach.
· Oversee design, production, and installation of community signage.
· Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site community events from concept to execution and reporting.
· Assist with realtor outreach and conduct occasional community tours.
· Manage owned digital media channels (blog posts, Google My Business, SEO, Pinterest, Vimeo, etc.)
· Support execution of community advertising efforts, including paid digital, outdoor, and print.
· Gather data for market research, competitive analysis, and digital performance reporting as needed.
· Serve as a point of contact for marketing-related questions across internal departments and external stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent from four-year college or university.
· At least 2-3 years of related experience and/or training in Marketing required, preferably in a hands-on environment.
· Strong copywriting and editing skills, with demonstrated ability to write for multiple audiences.
· Experience with CRM systems – HubSpot strongly preferred – including list management, workflows, email campaigns, and lead follow-up.
· Strong organizational and project-management skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with internal teams, external partners, and residents.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in real estate, homebuilding, master-planned communities (MPCs), or residential development marketing.
· Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) for creating attractive social media and marketing collateral.
· Familiarity with data analysis processes to assist with digital campaign optimization and performance reporting.
· Experience in special event planning and execution.
· Understanding of builder/realtor relationships and residential sales cycles.
