Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase requests for CNC, fabrication, and manufacturing materials.
- Track supplier quotes, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate with vendors, production teams, and internal decision-makers.
- Help maintain purchasing records, material logs, and supplier information.
- Support inventory checks, material availability updates, and production coordination.
- Assist with resolving delivery, quality, or pricing issues.
- Purchasing, office coordination, inventory, manufacturing, or supplier communication experience preferred.
- Experience with CNC, metal fabrication, raw materials, or industrial shops is a plus.
- Good Excel, Outlook, data entry, and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
