What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead daily shop huddles and assign work
- Manage production flow from pour → finish → seal → stage → ship
- Ensure orders are completed on time and to spec
- Catch and correct quality issues early
- Build and stage orders for shipping (crates, labeling, photos)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop
- Support inventory receiving and organization
- Train, coach, and hold the fabrication crew accountable
- Communicate clearly with the office on status, risks, and delays

- Production is moving without bottlenecks
- Quality issues are caught early
- The shop is clean, organized, and on pace
- Orders are staged and ready to ship on time
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in fabrication, construction, or manufacturing
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead while staying hands-on
- Takes initiative without waiting to be told
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to be accountable for outcomes
- Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)

Compensation & Growth
$24–$26 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time (40 hours/week; overtime as needed)

Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items)
- Work in shop environment (dust, noise, outdoor elements, non A/C shop)
