Operations Associate – Inventory Quality Assurance | Las Vegas, NV | $20/hr | Full-Time
We are hiring an Operations Associate to support inventory quality assurance in our Las Vegas warehouse. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on testing and evaluating products, while also assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed.
This position is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with physical inventory in a fast-paced environment.
About Us
We are a fast-growing resale company that buys, tests, and resells customer-return and overstock products. Quality and accuracy are critical to our operation, and this role plays a direct part in making sure products are correctly evaluated and documented before resale.
What You'll Do
- Test and inspect incoming products to verify condition and functionality
- Evaluate items against internal quality standards
- Break down pallets and sort incoming inventory
- Label, organize, and document products for inventory tracking
- Use internal tools to record condition and status
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Perform cycle counts and assist with ongoing inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, tidying work areas, and taking out trash
- Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed, including organizing and moving inventory
- Work with the operations team to maintain efficient workflow
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with electronics and physical inventory
- Dependable and consistent with attendance
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds and remain on your feet during shifts
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever the team needs it
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Warehouse: 3 years (Preferred)
- Quality assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
