Regional Sales Manager – Women’s Health Pharmaceutical Sales
Chicago / Midwest Region
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing pharmaceutical sales team across the Midwest, with a focus on Women’s Health.
This role is based in the Chicago area. Candidates must live within 50 miles of O’Hare International Airport.
Territory includes:
Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota
Team structure:
This manager will lead a team of approximately 10 sales representatives, including:
6 reps in Illinois
2 reps in Michigan, including Detroit and Grand Rapids
1 rep in Milwaukee
1 rep in Minneapolis
Ideal candidate will have:
Proven pharmaceutical sales management experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills
Experience managing multi-state territories
Ability to develop talent, drive execution, and deliver consistent sales results
Women’s Health experience preferred
Compensation:
Base salary: $160,000–$185,000
Total compensation: $250,000–$275,000
