REPOWR is looking for a National Account Sales Executive to lead the sales vertical through our next stage of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and executing our sales strategy, scaling our sales team, and driving adoption of our trailer-sharing marketplace. The ideal candidate has deep experience in transportation & logistics, a track record of building enterprise relationships, and proven success leading high-growth sales organizations.
Requirements
- 10 years of sales leadership in transportation, logistics, or B2B SaaS/marketplaces.
- Proven ability to scale sales teams through early growth stages.
- Strong network with carriers, enterprises, brokerages, or leasing companies.
- Excellent negotiation and enterprise deal execution skills.
- Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth startup environment.
