What You'll Do
This is a hybrid leadership role.
You'll spend time:
● Running high-level residential service calls
● Helping technicians solve difficult plumbing problems
● Coaching field technicians
● Riding along with team members
● Improving sales performance
● Assisting with customer escalations
● Supporting dispatch and operations
● Training technicians on service, diagnostics, communication, and closing
● Helping recruit and mentor future technicians
● Creating accountability in the field
● Leading by example every day
Ideal Background
We're looking for someone who has already proven they can produce at a high level.

Must-Have Experience
● 8 years of residential plumbing experience
● Strong residential service and repair background
● Proven success selling plumbing solutions
● Experience coaching or mentoring technicians
● Excellent customer communication skills
● Strong diagnostic abilities
● Experience with high-ticket plumbing repairs
● Ability to handle customer escalations
● Experience improving technician performance
● Valid California Driver's License
Technical Experience
Strong experience with:
● Water heaters
● Tankless water heaters
● Sewer repairs
