The Opportunity

As an Associate Business Development Representative, you'll learn how to manage a 360 recruitment desk: prospecting and building relationships with potential candidates while also developing partnerships with new clients. You'll run the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities through to successfully placing talent, creating a role that offers a high level of responsibility, ownership, and earning potential.

This position combines business development, sales, relationship management, networking, and consulting. You'll work closely with technology professionals and hiring managers across the U.S., helping businesses secure top talent while developing your own network and professional expertise.

From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and practical experience, allowing you to quickly develop the skills needed to succeed in a fast-moving and rewarding environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing your multi-faceted desk, building relationships with both technology professionals and hiring managers
• Identifying and engaging skilled technology professionals for open opportunities
• Prospecting and developing new business relationships with companies across the U.S.
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Managing candidate and client interactions throughout the hiring process
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client partnerships
• Running the full sales cycle from business development through to successful placements
• Working towards individual performance goals and revenue targets
• Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
