Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Range (based on experience): $18.00/hr. - $22.00/hr.

Location: 21973 Commerce Parkway, Suite A, Strongsville OH 44149

Hours: M-F 8:00amam-4:30pm (Hours Subject to Change Dependent on Business Needs)

Our organization repairs equipment that treats respiratory illnesses and sleep disorders, including ventilators, oxygen concentrators, CPAP devices and more. Responsibilities

  • Comfortable with high call volume 75-100 daily.
  • As a Customer Service Specialist at Repair Authority, will be the face and voice of our organization, by delivering exceptional customer service that goes beyond expectation. Your dedication to understanding and addressing customer needs will be the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence.
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on services.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concern within company response guidelines.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to multiple departments including sales, operations, customer service, logistics and finance
  • Utilize multiple computer systems to support Repair Authority’s administrative functions, including Microsoft Office and our company’s ERP and CRM systems
  • Perform general clerical and office support tasks such as data entry, filing, producing requested reports, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, in addition to general experience with computers, databases, word processing, etc.
  • General comfort level with computers and an ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Results-oriented self-starter with a can-do attitude, a sense of urgency and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal teams to resolve problems
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to stick to a very tight time schedule and switch gears rapidly when required
  • Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service environment

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
