Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various settings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Interior and exterior glass cleaning experience is a plus.
- Pressure washing experience is a plus.
- Lift certification is a plus.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with team members.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Certification for scissor lift or boom lift is a plus.
