About REP:

Founded in 2012 by two brothers passionate about fitness, REP designs world-class gym equipment and is now expanding into apparel, supplements, athletes, and events. From selling bumper plates in a small garage, we’ve grown into over 300,000 sq. ft. of office and distribution space in the U.S. and abroad, with a team of 200 fitness enthusiasts. Our goal: to become the #1 Strength Brand in the World through innovation, customer service, and value.

We outfit home gyms, commercial gyms, and strength facilities, earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 list in 2018 and 2021 and “Best Home Strength Product Launch” in 2022 from Garage Gym Experiment. Fitness is part of our culture—our team trains together, hosts challenges, and welcomes top athletes to push limits alongside us.

At REP, we’re growing fast and seek driven individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fitness-focused environment. Our state-of-the-art headquarters offers mountain views, a stocked kitchen, and a bright, shared workspace.
