Client Services Manager
Position Summary:
At ReOx Medical Services, the Client Services Manager will serve as the cornerstone of our customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact between our valued customers and all three of our service centers nationwide. This role is not simply administrative, it is central to the way we deliver on our mission of providing the best repair experience possible.
As the primary liaison, the Client Services Manager will embody our commitment to excellence in every interaction. This position is designed to foster trust, build lasting partnerships, and ensure that our customers feel supported, respected, and valued. By maintaining strong existing relationships and actively developing new ones, the Client Services Manager will help strengthen ReOx’s reputation as a family-owned business that prioritizes both quality and care.
This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance customer needs with operational priorities. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring that communications between customers, manufacturers, and service center staff are accurate, transparent, and consistent. In doing so, they will safeguard the integrity of our processes while enhancing the customer experience.
Beyond daily responsibilities, the Client Services Manager will play a strategic role in shaping how ReOx interacts with its customer base. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and ReOx Medical’s three service centers
- Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships nationwide
- Ensure every customer interaction aligns with ReOx’s mission and values
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with service center staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of processes that enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven ability to forge and maintain strong customer relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and QuickBooks
- Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems
- Experience in client services, account management, or customer-facing roles preferred
